Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing artwork from us. That is why we have gathered our guidelines for returns and refunds below.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when making an online purchase, starting from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. You can contact us at Kunoelaurits@gmail.com, stating your order number and your intention to return the item.

Condition of Returned Artwork

When returning an item, you are responsible for any reduction in the item's value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics, and functionality.

The artwork must be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was received.

Returns

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that free shipping promotions apply only to the original delivery. If an order is returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend sending the artwork using an insured and trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the package until it has been received by us.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved the returned artwork, we will process the refund within 7–14 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your artwork is unexpectedly damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible – and no later than 48 hours after receiving the order – with photos of the damage and the packaging.

We will of course find a suitable solution, either through repair, replacement, or a refund.
